7 Day Selous Mikumi Ruaha Safari

DAY 1: Transfer To Selous Game Reserve For Afternoon Boat Safari

Pickup from your accommodation in Dar-es-salaam for a drive to Selous, the largest game reserve in Africa

Arrive in the reserve around noon and check in the booked hotel

Get time for lunch and some rest while at the hotel

A boat safari along river Rufiji which providing a closer look to hippos and crocodiles

Enjoy nature’s stunning views for a real adventure experience

In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and sleep

DAY 2: Full Day Game Drive In Selous

Leave the hotel for a day’s game drive in Selous in search of new adventures

Game drive to spot big number of elephants, large herds of buffalos, lion, hartebeest, leopard, sable antelopes, warthog, eland, waterbuck, zebras, giraffe, reedbuck, spotted hyena, Nyasaland gnu

Break for a picnic lunch and proceed with game view to see more wild species

Return to the hotel for dinner and sleep

DAY 3: Transfer To Mikumi National Park

Have early breakfast and checkout the hotel for a drive to Mikumi national park located in Morogoro

Arrive in the late afternoon and transfer to the booked hotel

Check in for refreshment while waiting for dinner to be served

Overnight stay at the hotel

DAY 4: Full Day Game Drive In Mikumi

Leave for a day’s game drive in the fourth largest national park in Tanzania exploring its beauty

Game drive to spot lion, elephant, zebra, impala, buffalos, warthog, wildebeest, hippos, baboon, giraffe, waterbuck and eland

Break for a picnic lunch

Proceed with game view to see reptiles (crocodiles, pythons and monitor lizard) and variety of bird species

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay

DAY 5: Transfer To Ruaha National Park For Afternoon Walking Safari

Have early breakfast and checkout the hotel for a 5 hour drive to Ruaha, the biggest national park in Tanzania

Arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch

Check in the booked hotel for refreshments and some rest

Proceed with a walking safaris for a closer look of nature

Return to the hotel for overnight stay

DAY 6: Full Day Game Drive In Ruaha

Leave for a day’s game drive in the beautiful park

Game drive to spot Buffalos, hippos, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Warthogs, Lions, Zebras, Impalas, elephants, Cheetah and reptiles species

Proceed with the drive to see Greater and Lesser kudu, the only antelope species found in Ruaha

Break for a picnic lunch and continue with game viewing till evening

Return to the hotel for overnight stay

DAY 7: Transfer To Dar-Es-Salaam

Have breakfast and checkout the hotel for a drive back to Dar-es-salaam

Arrive in the evening and transfer to the hotel or a flight back home
